Welcome to your
Sustainable Winelands Private Day Tour
A value that goes hand-in-hand with our passion for great food and wine is our dedication to people and the environment. We strive to make responsible choices when designing itineraries, carefully selecting where we eat and who we support. Our Sustainable Winelands Tour was created for like-minded travelers who value responsible and ethical tourism.
On this day tour, we visit three wine farms that prioritize sustainable farming practices and are actively involved in social equity or environmental conservation initiatives. When choosing wineries, we look for:
- Fairtrade-certified farms
- Biodynamic or organic farming practices
- Participation in the Biodiversity & Wine Initiative (BWI)
- Social equity or conservation programs
- Representation from diverse winemakers, including women and people of color
This one-of-a-kind wine experience is available by request. Many of the wineries require advance bookings due to limited availability. Each tour is customized from our preferred list of suppliers, which include: Reyneke Wines, Avondale Wines, Bosman Family Vineyards, Vergelegen Wine Estate, Painted Wolf Wines, and Villiera Wines.
Earthstompers private tours are 100% customizable, so please chat to your tour consultant if you would like to request any changes to the itinerary!
