Whales & Wines Private Hermanus Day Tour
Join us for a trip along the Southern Coast to Hermanus, known for Southern Right Whale watching in season (June to November).
In the early morning we’ll head from Cape Town to Hermanus, over Sir Lowry’s mountain pass. Once we arrive in Hermanus the search for the whales is on! We’ll drive and walk along the coast to find good viewing opportunities from where we can watch the whales from the shore. You can also opt to join a boat-based whale watching trip to see these marine mammals up close (additional fee applies).
For lunch, we can have fish and chips at the seaside, or head to one of the area wine farms for an amazing tapas & wine pairing. (Lunch is for clients’ account. We will happily assist with recommendations.)
Our last stop is spent sipping away on one of the world-renowned wines of the Hemel & Aarde (“Heaven and Earth”) Valley, before returning to Cape Town in the early evening.
